Only a descendant of the monarch can become king or queen when the sovereign has died.

I can't read daft mates post so, If /when I die my next of kin inherets my kingdom, that being my wife so, If Charlie croaks it, his next of kin is Camilla right ?

The Royal line of succession goes from parent to child - not spouse. So if Charles dies - William will be King.

It was always said Camilla would never be Queen, but Charles is in charge and made her his Queen. William will be King when Charles goes.

Just to clarify, a Queen Consort is a woman who marries a man who is King,” and a Queen is a woman who is born to be Queen and is Head of State; not the wife of a Monarch.

I'm surprised they were allowed to marry in the first place as, according to the Church of England, divorcees aren't allowed to marry, as was the case of Edward VIII when he married Wallis Simpson and he had to abdicate.

I like King Charles. He has carried out some invaluable work and inspiration regarding sympathetic architecture and green living. His Highgrove estate is a great example. I hope he has many years in front of him.
